Overview

Imaging Chambers are used for cell based analysis or tissue incubation with subsequent processing of the sample carrying microscope slides. They may be used for applications like:

• Fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH and mFISH
• Sensitive fluorescence analysis
• Tissue slice incubation, staining and microscopy
• Cell incubation and staining requiring permanent storage of the samples

The Imaging Chambers are designed for cell based assays or tissue incubation steps when finally further processing or storing of the samples on microscope slides is needed. After disassembly of the chamber the slides can be transferred to standard slide staining routines and the samples can be embedded and sealed with a cover glass. Therefore cell culture samples can be analysed even with an upright microscope. The microscope slides made from soda lime glass are specially selected for fluorescence detecion technologies.
